Abby Woodcock

Abby Woodcock is a Board-Certified Music Therapist from South Jersey. Abby has extensive experience providing therapeutic services to children of all ages, across a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. Abby's practice is guided by principles that highlight empathy, acceptance, and her clients' personal growth.

In addition to her clinical background, Abby is a certified New Jersey teacher in both Elementary Education and Special Education, and currently teaches in a local school district. This unique combination of skills allows her to design inclusive, individualized experiences that thoughtfully address the diverse needs of each client.

Abby is a multi-instrumentalist and also has years of experience teaching private voice lessons. Abby stays active in the local music scene, playing gigs with her band and supporting friends' projects in Philly and South Jersey. When she’s not making music, she loves to travel, hike, watch movies, create art, and study the Spanish language.

Whether providing music therapy or music instruction, she is passionate about using music as a tool to foster connection, growth, and self-expression in every child she works with. Abby is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where clients can thrive through the power of music, and she is excited to join the Main Street Music community!
