Dan McGarry

A piano instructor of fourteen years, New Jersey Native, and Rowan University Music Performance Alumni, Professor McGarry is currently employed as an adjunct in that same institution, as well as being the Organist and choir director of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Clarksboro, New Jersey. Having studied with a variety of acclaimed teachers, including Lidia Boguslavsky and Raffi Besalyan, Professor McGarry completed his Masters Degree under Professor Veda Zuponcic in 2014. A member of NJMTNA (New Jersey Music Teachers National Association) and a board member from 2014-2015, Daniel’s students have competed in events organized by the association and performed well, to high marks from judges. He himself has participated in the NJMTNA Collegiate South Jersey Division, placing in numerous competitions. He is also an active board member of the South Jersey Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, as well as a member of their programming committee.
